Reserved for the mom who wants to be served

Friday night I tried out “Mommy Valet”  at  Chick-fil-A at their Aliso Viejo TownCenter location. Chick-fil-A understands how stressful ordering a meal can be with little ones so they incorporated this at their location in Aliso Viejo. When placing your food order at the drive-thru the first thing you are asked is, “How may I serve you today?” (This is something they will ask if you are at the drive-thru or ordering inside the restaurant)
This is how it works; before you order your meal you simply state you are doing, “Mommy Valet”.  You then mention how many people will be dinning with you and what accommodations you will need (highchairs and where you would like to sit, near the play place etc). Then you place your order, pay at the window, park, go inside and your table is ready. Just like that! The hardest part is figuring out what you want to order everything looks so good. Just don’t forget to order your dessert!

“Mommy Valet” is no joke they mean what they say. When we walked in our table was ready and so was our meal. All that was missing was confetti dropping from the ceiling. With balloons and a sign reserving our table that was enough to get joyful squeals from my bright eyed boys asking what the special occasion was? I told them the truth, that mommy was Queen for the day  that this is what they do when you request Mommy Valet.
My oldest son and I both ordered the grilled chicken club, my middle son had the chicken strips

My youngest enjoyed the Chick-fil-A Nuggets Kids Meal. Can you believe they even put a place-mat by my son’s highchair, talk about covering every little detail. As you can see he was still mesmerized by the balloons! Kept him quiet and entertained thru out our entire meal. Something else I learned, if your child doesn’t want their prize they can trade it in for an Icedream®As we enjoyed our meal we were asked if we needed anything, sauces, sides, napkins. My favorite was when they asked “May I refresh your beverage?” It just sounds so much better than can I refill your drink, and adds more of a personal touch. When the boys were done with their food before we could get up and take our tray, someone was at our table asking, “May I clear your table for you?” This special treatment wasn’t just for those who ordered “Mommy Valet” it was for every single person dining at Chick-fil-A.

YUM!

After our meal we were asked if we wanted a mint

Everyone was so accommodating and their priority was making sure that everyone had a great dining experience. During my visit, several staff walked around the tables making sure that beverages were refreshed,  if they could clear your table and every time someone would say thank you they replied with, “It is our pleasure” with a bright smile. They displayed good home values, everyone was just so courteous. I felt as if I were at my friends house for dinner. The moment you walked in the door or ordered your meal at the drive thru you are made to feel very welcomed for visiting. 5 Star service with very reasonable prices.

As a new loyal customer I inquired about events that they will be hosting at their Aliso Viejo location. I was happily informed that every month Chick-fil-A has one big special event and EVERY Tuesday Night is Kid’s night. Tuesday, June 12th will be a Father’s Day Craft. Tuesday, June 19th bring in your report card from 5pm-8pm and receive a free Chick-fil-A Nuggets Kid’s meal (4-count).
Every Month they do one large event
June’s big event is the Mother son date Knight! Reservations are required for this event. I was given a little insider information that the craft for Mother son date Knight will be a “build your own family crest activity” , there will also be a photo booth, balloon artist, and possibly a DJ. The son’s will receive Knight/Armor and face masks and the restaurant will be decorated Medieval themed.
May they hosted a Military appreciation night all military personnel and their families could eat for free. There were activities for the kids and a raffle  that took place. For each letter that the guests wrote while on site, they were given a raffle ticket. I was told they collected over 100 letters to send to the troops overseas.

March they had a Daddy daughter date night.
I am told Chick-fil-A in Aliso Viejo also hosts birthday parties and the Cow always makes an appearance.
One last thing…..
Every Wednesday they have free breakfast, visit Chick-fil-A in Aliso Viejo on FACEBOOK for more details.
