Tuesday Juice day – I’m back

I am trying, TRYING to go full force with juicing again. Will I become the extremist and do a three or five day cleanse? Most likely not unless I had proof that it would melt my fat away that day. I still need to eat I need to chew and not just gulp or slurp down my meals. Its about a healthy lifestyle that I will be able to incorporate for the rest of my life. For now I will just add a juice in the morning and if I feel like it I will do two.  I am experimenting with different fruits, veggies along with cilantro, parsley and ginger. Its been more of an indifferent relationship as my tastebuds are getting use to the transition of all this. They would prefer cupcakes and all my sugary and processed breakfast treats. I will admit I do feel healthier and I will be starting week 2 so it can’t be that bad.

Celeryiously so good
I literally took what I had in my fridge and decided to be brave and drink it. It was hard to keep track of what I had, every time I washed a fruit or veggie my little berry kept eating what I was supposed to drink.

Beet it Fred, its Beets and Ginger all the way
