“Beets” a Big Mac

Today I started juicing again as my friend Kimie’s wedding is exactly two months and one day away. I need to lose my last 20lbs and what better way to flush your body rid of toxins than juicing? I stopped juicing about six months ago because the process takes so long. I bought a cheap one and you really get what you pay for. I want my juice to taste like the ones I buy at the Juice bar at Mother’s Market,  without having to spend $5 a day. I have yet to find a juicer that meets my star of approval, so the cheaper one and the overdrawn process has to work for now

Today I only juiced once and I used about three cups of spinach, three carrots, two whole beets, and one green apple.
I then use a strainer type thing to strain the juice, because my juicer is not that high tech I guess.
I added ORAC-Energy Greens this cost me $70 at the health food market. I bought it three months ago.
Debating if I am going to add it or not!
And…I added it.
It was the nastiest – creation I ever made. I had to literally plug my nose and chug. I tried not to vomit, I should have never added the ORAC-Energy Greens to it. The one benefit is that it really cleans out your system.  I think I am going to add the ORAC-Enery Greens to almond milk – it was worth it if I get to my end result in October.

I am going to replace two meals a day with Juice and my last meal with be quinoa, wild alaskan salmon, and steamed veggies. This will be up until my friends wedding in October. I really have no idea what I am doing, so I am going to get some books about juicing at the library tomorrow.

I realized this would be my meal plan after trying on a pair of Spanx. I have to tell you I am a big fan (Pun intended) of Spanx and I became bigger fan when I was trying them on in the dressing room today. I plan on wearing it under my bridesmaid dress. I have never given birth naturally all my children were c-sections, If I have to imagine what it would feel like, I would say I experienced just a glimpse today while putting on the Spanx. As it felt like I was giving birth to myself. One thigh at a time followed by the ultimate journey of engulfing my stomach. It was well worth it like every birth is. šŸ™‚  It’s the cheap woman’s tummy tuck and worth every maneuver I had to endure to get them up.
